Dodi Handy

Broadly recognized as one of Wall Street's most experienced and trusted corporate communications executives and sought-after advisors, Dodi has devoted the past 30+ years crafting comprehensive, highly polished public and investor relations platforms that have served to support the raising of hundreds of millions of dollars in growth capital for her valued private, pre-public and publicly traded clients.

With the aim of effectively articulating each client company's vision, business-building strategies, tactical growth initiatives, competitive differentiation and capital needs, she can be relied upon to deliver world class business plans, offering documents, investor and media kits and presentation materials -- all of which successfully resonate with key stakeholders and comply with strict legal and regulatory disclosure requirements.

Currently, the majority of Dodi's clients have named her their respective Director of Communications, a role stemming from her outsourced, fractional services that provides optimal value and capitalizes on Dodi's many strengths.

From 2001 through the end of 2014, Dodi served as President, CEO and Managing Principal of Elite Financial Communications Group, LLC, an award-winning IR/PR firm which was ultimately merged with a leading capital access advisory firm, Hanover International, Inc., in November 2014.  (From February 2012 through November 2014, Elite and Hanover operated as a joint venture partnership known as Hanover|Elite, for which Dodi was the co-managing partner.)

Prior to Elite, she rose through the ranks at Madison & Wall Worldwide, Inc., beginning first in 1993 as Vice President of Operations and advancing over an eight year period to become the firm’s President and CEO. Under Dodi’s leadership, Madison & Wall grew to become one of the nation’s largest independent financial relations firms focused on representing high growth small- and micro-cap companies. Previously, she served as President and CEO of Advantage List & Marketing, a direct response and list management agency, as well as General Sales Manager of Direct Response Marketing, Inc. and later DataBase Direct, two of the largest direct marketing and lettershop firms in the Southeast. In these capacities, she was responsible for managing the direct marketing needs of national clientele that included the National Republican Congressional Campaign Committee in Washington, D.C., TimeWarner Cable, Universal Studios-Florida and Premier Cruise Lines.

Dodi began her professional career serving a four-year tour of duty with the U.S. Army, where she was recognized as the “Soldier of the Mount” by Fort Dix, New Jersey and “Soldier of the Post” by Fort Jackson, South Carolina, as well as “Soldier of the Year” by both VCorps and US Army/Europe. She is the proud recipient of numerous military awards, including three Army Achievement Medals and the Army Commendation Medal.  Immediately following her tenure in the military, Dodi served as an Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman of the Board of three New York Stock Exchange-listed companies, based in Atlanta.
